We make every effort to ensure the denim we produce is impeccable, and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we gladly accept returns provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached.
You can return any item purchased for store credit, exchange or refund. Below, we explain how to complete your return and receive your free return postage label.
2. Make sure all returned items are in the box with the original order invoice.
3. Download, print, and securely attach your shipping label.
4. Visit your local Aus post to ship the package. If needed, they can print your return label. You will receive a QR code via email, simply present this for scanning.
5. You will receive a confirmation email once the return item has been received. From here, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your credit note, exchange or refund.
- Wrong or faulty item received? Oops, we're sorry about that! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will immediately correct
- Order has gone missing? Contact email@example.com and we will investigate. Due to insurance limitations, for parcels lost in transit we reserve the right to process a refund instead of shipping a replacement.
- Ordered internationally? You will be responsible for shipping charges to return unwanted items. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate.
