If you are unhappy with any of the products you’ve purchased from us, simply return them within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will happily issue an exchange or full refund as long as they are returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. 

Please follow the steps below to return or exchange your garment within Australia: 

  1. Complete the Returns and Exchanges form. 
  2. Place in package with jeans and proof of purchase. 
  3. Adhere the paid return post slip to the top of the parcel. 
  4. Hand in to your local Australia Post. 

        If you require a refund, the purchase price will be refunded back into your account once we have receipt of the jeans. 

        If you require an exchange, we will send out the new pair of jeans free of charge once we have receipt of the original pair, and contact you via email with your tracking number. 

        Please follow the steps below to return or exchange your garment outside of Australia: 

        1. Complete the Returns and Exchanges form.  
        2. Place in package with jeans and proof of purchase. 
        3. Ensure product is safely packed and clearly addressed to:

        For international returns and exchanges, we do not offer free return shipping, however we'll ship exchange items back to you free of charge. 

        Please send your garment via a traceable method, marking your package clearly as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at customs. Obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund or exchange. 

        If you require a refund, the purchase price will be refunded back into the bank account or credit card account as indicated by you once we have receipt of the jeans. 

        If you require an exchange, we will send out the new pair of jeans free of charge once we have receipt of the original pair in the condition it was purchased in and contact you via email with your tracking number.

        Manufacturer’s Warranty  

        We make every effort to ensure the quality of the jeans we produce is impeccable. If there is a fault found in either the denim or the manufacture of your garment, Outland Denim will happily replace the garment within six months of purchase.
